Position title
Project & Contract Administrator
Description
- Perform day to day administrative tasks (attendance record, training, SIC and security pass application, progress update, claim payment updates etc).
- Monitor, control and maintain site office/project equipment and facilities for continuous operation.
- Assist project team and manager for project implementation, systematic documentation control and accurate data tabulation.
- Manage and maintain all site records, proper classification and organization, security of the documents.
- Support and assist in any document audit by internal or external parties.
- In charge of handling all paperwork (email/letters/memo etc), authorities’ clearances, quotation requisition, purchase request form to relevant internal and external parties.
- Assist in document delivery and collection (incoming and outgoing).
- Provide regular and ad-hoc report preparation for the project team and organization.
- Coordinate site activities and operation to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Collaborate and assist contract-tender and project team working matters, whenever necessary.
- Verify employee attendance and workers timesheet for Manager’s approval.
- Assist and supervise key initiatives and programs supporting the objectives of the project team and organization.
- Other duties as may be assigned on a need basis.
Requirements
- Minimum academic qualification in diploma/degree in Business Admin or relevant Engineering disciplines.
- Any prior experience in the administrator or civil construction industry would be advantageous.
- Positive working attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Committed, meticulous person and a good team player.
- Familiar and strong in documentation control procedures.
- Computer literate and tech-savvy (MS Office, Google, One Drive, Email etc).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English.
